Reservations: Please access via www.nabsinc.org using the 2016 Hotel link on home page –OR- call 1-215-923-8660 and ask for National Association of Black Storytellers room block. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a valid credit card number or prepayment of one (1) night deposit.

Confirmation will be sent when you register on the NABS website at www.NABSinc.org which can be used with payments via credit card, check or money order.  Registrations received via fax require a credit card number for processing. Registrations should not be mailed to the NABS P.O. Box after September 21, 2016.

Substitution, Cancellation & Refund Policy - Substitution of registrants must be received in writing on or before October 1, 2016 and will incur a $25 cancellation fee.  No refund after October 1, 2016. Thereafter, cancellation requests will not be accepted.  There will be a $25 processing fee for each check not honored by the bank.

Parking – Indoor garage parking for registered guests is available for $24.50.  Vans and vehicles over the height of 6 ft. 6 in are not permitted to park in the garage.  Parking rates are subject to change.

Vendors - Each vendor space is $300 for three full days.  The merchant contract is on the NABS website at www.NABSinc.org and should be mailed to Dr. Caroliese Frink Reed, 859 N. 29th Street, Philadelphia, PA. Do not mail payment with application.  Payment will be due immediately following notification of acceptance.

Membership Membership dues must be current/paid before you can receive the discounted registration cost. Dues paid with registration will be for the 2017 membership year (1/1 – 12/31) and are NOT applicable for the 2016 reduced member registration fee.

Accessibility - Hotel is accessible to persons with disabilities and has several specially equipped guest rooms.  Advise Hotel of needed assistance.   If further assistance is needed, notify NABS at least two weeks in advance.
