                        * Dues for 2022 must be current to receive this rate.

            * Additonal $25 for registrations after 10/12/2022 and for on-site registrations

            * No checks accepted on-site.   

       Confirmation will be sent when you register on the NABS website at www.NABSinc.org which can be used with payments via credit card, check or          money order.  Registrations received via fax require a credit card number for processing. 

     Substitution, Cancellation & Refund Policy - Substitution of registrants must be received in writing and can be made at any time.  On or before    October 12, 2022, cancellation must be received in writing and will incur a $50 cancellation fee.  Thereafter, cancellation requests will not be accepted.  There will be a $50 processing fee for each check not honored by the bank.

     Submission Deadline:  Ad/Patron Contract on www.NABSinc.org. Deadline - September 30, 2022

 

Vendors - Each vendor space is $350 for three full days.  The merchant contract is on the NABS website at www.NABSinc.org where payment can be made or download and send with payment no later than October 12, 2022.  

 

Accessibility - Hotel is accessible to persons with disabilities and has several specially equipped guest rooms.  Advise Hotel of needed assistance.   If further assistance is needed, notify NABS at least two weeks in advance.
