Tonja and Jimmy Caldwell are members of NABS.  Jimmy and Tonja Caldwell are
co-owners of Caldwell’s Leadership Solutions. CLS mission is to help non-profit and
small business organizations stay in control of their mission. Jimmy and Tonja have
been providing accounting and training services to nonprofit organizations for over
20 years. They have worked with small and large nonprofit organizations including
municipalities, churches, youth organizations, credit unions and community
