Reservations for the Event will be made by individual attendees directly with Hilton OakLawn reservations at 1 (800) 315-1058,  in house reservations and ask for a room under the National Association of Black Storytellers Room Block.  Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a valid credit card number or prepayment of one (1) nights’ deposit.

 ACCESSIBILITY – Hotel is accessible to persons with disabilities and has several specially equipped guest rooms. Advise Hotel of needed assistance, notify NABS at least two weeks in advance if further assistance is needed.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION -Transportation to and from the Midway Airport is available complimentary, upon request, through the hotel Transportation Department.

Reservations must be made under the room block in order for NABS to fulfill its obligation to Hilton Chicago Oak Lawn.  Requests made after October 14, 2014, or after room block is filled are subject to availability and may not be available at special rates.  Based upon availability at the time of reservation, quoted room rates will be offered three days prior and three days after the Festival and Conference.
